Fuji X-E2 black (and grip) - mint - $700 in Peterborough, Ontario for sale

I bought a black Fuji X-E2 about two months ago from a Toronto retailer and am looking to sell it now as I am moving back to a DSLR. The body is hardly used and comes with all packaging and contents. It is in Mint condition. The receipt is available for warranty purposes. Brand new, this camera can be found for 899 + tax or $1015. I am willing to sell mine for $700 for a savings of over 30%. If it interests you, I can include the brand new grip for this camera (MHG-XE) for an additionally $50 IF you buy the body. The grip retails for $158 inclusive of taxes and is the all metal one with full access to the SD card and battery slot. If you are interested in just the grip, I'll let it go for $110. Thanks.
