This is an extremely rare original Ghost Face Doll/Figure from Wes Craven's horror movie Scream.

This item is hard to find because it is no longer made and is a limited edition. Only 100,000 were made in the world for Spencer Gifts and this particular one is number 47436.

This doll features an electronic voice changer in which you can record your own voice into the doll and it will play back what you said in the voice of the Scream killer.
