1985 tempest cuddy cabin - $3500 in Peterborough, Ontario for sale

I'm selling my 20 ft Tempest Marine, with a 350 Mercury inboard engine. Boat has a Cuddy Cabin, with a new boat vinyl interior, seats 5-7 people (comfortably). Boat has brand new paint job, tint on windows, also brand new canvas top (brand new means within 2-3 years old). Boat comes with brand new registered trailer (trailer is in primer). New oil change, new manifolds, trim pump, props.. lots of other upgrades. Also comes with bumpers, speakers, amp and cd player. I have recently done a tally as to how much money I have put into this (approx $5992.00 with receipt proof) Open to all reasonable offer .. Asking $3500 Obo
